Credit/debit cards are not accepted for truckload purchases without prior approval. If you would like to use a debit/credit to complete your purchase let your salesman know prior to making payment. A credit card agreement form must be electronically signed and 3.5% fee will be added to your invoice.
If you are planning on using the Flexxbuy financing option please let your salesman know before completing the purchase so that we can add a 5% service charge to the invoice. Orders that are refunded for ANY reason that are financed will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
All sales are non-refundable and are sold “as is” – FOB. These items are returns, overstocks, closeouts, box damage, salvage and/or shelf-pulls which means that they may be damaged, non-functional, not salvageable, and/or have missing parts and by completing a purchase you agree that you understand the condition, will take the items as-is, and that we make no guarantees or warranties as to the condition or function of the items or the accuracy of the manifest. Freedom Wholesale, LLC is not responsible for the accuracy of any manifests provided and no promises of profits are made. No credits or refunds are issued for incorrect, incomplete, or missing items. Any orders canceled prior to the purchaser taking possession of the product will incur a 10% restocking fee. Your payment of an invoice constitutes your acceptance of all terms set forth on this page.
Freight is the responsibility of the purchaser and any freight handled through Freedom Wholesale, LLC is done as a courtesy. Any and all freight charges for any reason including accessorial charges such as TONU fees, layover fees, detention fees, equipment rental fees, driver assist fees, storage fees or any other associated costs are the responsibility of the consignee. If the consignee is unable or unwilling to unload the product it will be forfeited and no refunds will be provided.
You must not use the retailer’s/manufacturer’s name or any of its brands in any of your advertising. All products must be defaced. All labels and price stickers must be removed. By completing this purchase you agree that you accept this responsibility and hold harmless Freedom Wholesale, LLC their officers, employees, associates, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, suits, liens, judgments, damages, losses and expenses including reasonable legal fees and costs arising in whole or in part and in any manner from acts, omissions, breach or default. Should any dispute arise with Freedom Wholesale, LLC you agree that exclusive jurisdiction & venue for any litigation arising out of such dispute shall be in Lawrence County, Missouri
